so if to be flexible one has to be able to anticipate things that are happening right yeah you see things are happening you have to adjust exactly and and move and flex according to those circumstances right you you hit right on something you said people need to predict what's happening next if you understand the laws of behavioral science you can not only control and understand behavior you can predict what's going to happen next because you look at patterns and data it's a hard science brother right so you can see what's going to happen next based on trends we have 600 or 700 employees across these five or six states in the united states and we kind of joke around how we're we're often right about our predictions by looking at previous historical behaviors like we think this is going to happen next based on the science right right right so what you guys do then as you look through the past you're loading that data and then that data allows you to look at models that based on circumstances give you some insight as to what might be happening what might be coming yeah it helps you predict and everything from stock market type stuff which is tough but trends in cryptocurrency towards are you guys that extensive in your data input like in other words are you covering all kinds of monetary economic behavior i do but our our organization primarily helps kids so when a kid has a very severe behavior problem in school we can understand why he's doing it and give him a replacement so the behaviors go down the severe behaviors but i actually get real involved with industry and building businesses from zero like as an entrepreneur and understanding financial matters because the science helps you predict a lot so you're bringing human behavior models into the modeling that's being done by any entrepreneur any any educational institution uh just about any entity or person or individuals dealing with other individuals yeah a shout out to dr paul gavoni who was the co-author of behavioral karma and he he did it i i love what he said he goes what other science can help other sciences improve because it helps motivate them yeah you figure out what makes people take because what science can improve other sciences by improving the performance of the scientists can you argue with that you're freaking bad asses over here we feel equal feel like a family that'll never leave you we ride hard for the boss but the bars go for his people i said our style aim to ever boast but we expanded up and down the coast starting a business you always want to grow come i'll teach you the ropes we trying to make change in the world really why you think that we in it for yo bda gotta win it we grew during the pandemic hey yo we all in this together phoenix driving through ashes through any storm we can weather now watch thrive in our classes hey you
